Neighborhood MapMachine 2.0

Neighborhood MapMachine 2.0, by Tom Snyder Productions, is a fun way for students, grades 1-5, to map out their own neighborhoods, other communities, or imaginary places. As students create the maps they will learn and understand the ideas of grid coordinates, location, scale, and compass navigation. Maps can be modified with pictures, movies, and web links. In addition, maps can be printed in various sizes and can also be used in slideshows or on the internet.
